Renowned businessman and entrepreneur Ramoji Rao passed away early this morning, leaving a significant impact on many through his extensive work. His death has left the entire film industry in shock. Ramoji Rao was the visionary behind Eenadu and Ramoji Film City.
Numerous media personalities and members of the Telugu film industry gathered to pay their last respects to Ramoji Rao, reflecting the immense respect and admiration he garnered. Director Rajamouli, after paying his respects, called for the prestigious Bharat Ratna to be awarded to Ramoji Rao. Supporting this sentiment, Allu Arjun tweeted: “I had the same feeling in my heart, sir. You spoke my heart. Thank you for voicing it.”
In honor of Ramoji Rao, the Telugu film industry will halt all shooting activities tomorrow. His final rites are scheduled to take place at Ramoji Film City between 9 A.M. and 11 A.M. The Telangana government has decreed that the funeral will be conducted with full state honors.
