Dil Raju Unveils Family Star: A Film Blending 70% Romance with 30% Family Drama

Following the massive success of Geetha Govindam, Vijay Deverakonda and director Parasuram Petla reunite for the much-anticipated film, Family Star. Accompanied by the talented actress Mrunal Thakur, known for her stellar performance in Hi Nanna, this collaboration is set to hit screens on April 5, 2024.

During today’s press conference in Hyderabad, producer Dil Raju highlighted Vijay Deverakonda’s pivotal role in Family Star, describing him as the film’s backbone. He unveiled the movie’s intriguing mix of romance and family drama, promising a precise balance of 70 percent love story and 30 percent family narrative. Dil Raju expressed confidence in the mesmerizing on-screen chemistry between Vijay and Mrunal, destined to enthrall audiences.

Family Star also features a special appearance by Rashmika Mandanna, along with a stellar supporting cast including Jagapathi Babu, Achyuth Kumar, Abhinaya, Vasuki, Rohini Hattangadi, and Ravi Babu.
