Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is maintaining its momentum at the box office, although it has seen a slight dip in earnings on weekdays. After a stellar opening, the film grossed ₹18 crore on its first Monday but experienced a drop to ₹13 crore on Tuesday. As of now, the film’s total earnings stand at ₹137 crore, as reported by Sacnilk.
Despite the drop, the film has passed the crucial Monday test with flying colors, according to film critic Taran Adarsh. He noted that, contrary to predictions, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 showed excellent hold post-Diwali and is on track to achieve an impressive first-week total. In his X post, he mentioned that key markets like Mumbai, Delhi, NCR, West Bengal, and parts of central India have been driving the film’s success.
As per Adarsh’s Week 1 breakdown:
- Friday: ₹36.60 crore
- Saturday: ₹38.40 crore
- Sunday: ₹35.20 crore
- Monday: ₹17.80 crore
- Total: ₹128 crore
Film critic Saibal Chatterjee also commended Kartik Aaryan’s performance, noting that his portrayal of the character in the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise continues to strike a chord with audiences, ensuring a strong box-office outcome similar to its predecessor, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
