Dull Season at Box Office Continues as Summer Struggles Persist

The months of April and May are traditionally lucrative for the box office, as audiences flock to theaters during the summer season, generating significant revenue for producers. However, recent weeks have seen no notable releases, leading to a lackluster performance at the box office. This weekend, two films are slated for release. “Raju Yadav,” starring Jabardasth fame Srinu, has already flopped, securing poor word of mouth on its opening day. The other release, “Love Me,” starring Ashish Reddy, has barely generated any buzz. Despite being made with a good budget, its bookings are disastrous both in India and the US.

All eyes are now on May 31, with three new releases lined up: “Gangs of Godavari” starring Vishwak Sen, “Bhaje Vaayu Vegam” starring Karthikeya, and “Gam Gam Ganesha” starring Anand Deverakonda.
