As the much-anticipated release date of Guntur Kaaram approaches, starring Mahesh Babu, the makers have sought ticket price hikes in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The Telangana government has granted approval for a hike of Rs. 65 for single screens and Rs. 100 for multiplexes, applicable for the first week, from January 12th to January 18th.
In Nizam, the film can have six shows for the initial week, and benefit shows are allowed from 1:00 AM on the release day. With the government’s approval of the price hike, anticipation for the film’s advance bookings is on the rise.
