Is Dil Raju unhappy with the budget for VD’s “Family Star” movie?

A detailed budget was established for Family Star, a family entertainment movie. Instead of demanding large compensation, Vijay Deverakonda and filmmaker Parasuram agreed to split the profits. 

The film’s budget rose by more than Rs 20 crores while it was being made, according to Telugu360 reports. Dil Raju, who produced the movie, is enraged about its excessive spending.

Renowned Telugu film producer Dil Raju is currently having financial difficulties with his next project, which was initially planned on a tight budget. But the budget proved to be substantially more than anticipated throughout production.

It makes sense that Dil Raju is concerned about the unanticipated budget hike; a large rise in costs presents a major obstacle for a family-friendly movie like Family Star. 

This is Parasuram Petla and Vijay Deverakonda’s second collaboration on screen. Their first joint venture was for the popular 2018 movie “Geetha Govindam.”

Dil Raju is producing the movie for Sri Venkateswara Creations. The editor will be Marthand K Venkatesh, while the cinematographer will be KU Mohanan.
