Director Nag Ashwin has been hinting at details about the film’s sequel since its release. The film’s ending sets up a potential war between characters Ashwatthama, Karna, and Supreme Yaskin, teasing more to come. At a press meet in Hyderabad, Ashwin explained that he chose to divide the film into two parts due to the complexity of exploring four major characters in a single movie.
