Kangana Ranaut recently took a nostalgic trip down memory lane by sharing a series of childhood photos on her Instagram Stories, celebrating her brother Aksht Ranaut’s birthday. Among the shared memories, a delightful picture shows a young Kangana joyfully feeding Aksht a piece of cake, accompanied by a heartfelt “happy birthday” message and a gift for him.
In another charming throwback, the siblings are seen feeding each other cake, capturing the essence of their bond. Kangana reflected on her childhood, stating, “Whenever I go through old albums, I just can’t stop laughing. I was such a funny kid. I bought a small camera with my savings and was clicking pictures all the time. Whenever Papa drove us, even if he stopped for a minute, I jumped out of the car and posed!”
The photos also included Kangana striking a playful pose in a white top, black pants, and matching boots, with a touch of red lipstick, while playfully sharing, “If I was asked to study, I locked my room and did this to myself and posed.”
Another snapshot featured her in a field, holding a plant as a prop while wearing a white suit. She humorously noted, “If I was asked to get some vegetables from the kitchen garden, I used that poor plant as a prop. Please don’t miss the village kids’ expressions behind me.”
Kangana ended her series of memories with a picture of her posing in front of a mirror, wearing a cream and red sweater, reflecting on her early fascination with filmmaking: “Obviously, the director in me was always intrigued by the mirror reflection. This was such a lovely pose.”
Born and raised in Himachal Pradesh, Kangana made her Bollywood debut with the 2006 film Gangster.
Upcoming Film: Emergency Fans can look forward to seeing Kangana in her next film, Emergency, which is a biographical political thriller focusing on Indira Gandhi’s controversial 21-month emergency period from 1975 to 1977. Originally slated for release on September 6, the film is currently facing delays due to certification issues. Notably, Kangana is also directing the film, showcasing her multifaceted talent in the industry.
