Kanguva: Suriya Fans Disappointed with Tamil Nadu Government’s Decision on Early Shows

Kollywood star Suriya’s much-awaited big-budget film Kanguva is set to release worldwide on November 14, 2024, in multiple languages and 3D format. Directed by Siruthai Siva, the film will hold special 4 AM showings on its opening day in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Karnataka. However, in Tamil Nadu, Suriya’s home state, the earliest shows will only start at 9 AM, as early morning screenings were not permitted, which has disappointed many of his fans.

To accommodate demand, the Tamil Nadu government approved an extra show beyond the usual four per day, a gesture appreciated by the makers, though fans remain disappointed by the limitation on early screenings.

The film stars Disha Patani as the female lead and Bobby Deol as the antagonist, with music by Devi Sri Prasad. Produced by Studio Green and UV Creations, Kanguva has created a strong buzz, especially with its promise of a visually rich, immersive experience.
