Slated for a Christmas 2026 release, Mahavatar marks Maddock Films’ debut in the mythology genre, shifting from their usual contemporary storytelling.
Parashurama, one of the seven eternal immortals in Hindu mythology, will be portrayed as a fierce warrior sage, symbolizing resilience, retribution, and penance. Known for his divine axe, Parashurama’s journey to uphold dharma and fight corruption will form the heart of the story.
