Megastar Chiranjeevi, one of the wealthiest actors in Telugu cinema, continues to make strategic investments, including acquiring prime properties. Recently, Chiranjeevi purchased a stunning 5.5-acre property on the outskirts of Ooty, known for its picturesque views of the valley and surrounding tea gardens.
The property, which cost Rs 16.5 crores, is situated in a prime area where several celebrities and businessmen own land. Chiranjeevi’s son, Ram Charan, and his wife, Upasana, recently visited the location, and the family has plans to build a lavish farmhouse there soon. Permissions for construction have already been acquired.
On the professional front, Chiranjeevi is currently busy with his upcoming film Vishwambara, which is slated for a Christmas 2025 release.
