Nagarjuna’s latest film, Naa Saami Ranga, was the final Sankrathi release to grace the screens, hitting theaters on January 14th. The movie garnered positive reviews and decent word of mouth, translating into a strong Day 1 box office performance. Naa Saami Ranga successfully collected a share of Rs 4.33 crores on its opening day, although it falls short of its theatrical business target of Rs 15 crores.
Despite the initial shortfall, the action drama has managed to recover around 30%, and the upcoming days, particularly today and tomorrow, are deemed crucial for its performance. Presently, the film is experiencing excellent advance bookings, and considering the festive season and its breakeven mark, Naa Saami Ranga is anticipated to achieve breakeven within the next 5 days.
Total Share in AP & TS: 4.33 crores on Day 1.
Directed by Vijay Binny, the film features Allari Naresh, Raj Tarun, Ashika Ranganath, Mirna, and Ruksaar Dhillon in significant roles. Nagarjuna, committed to releasing Naa Saami Ranga during Sankranthi, opted for the festive season, believing it would contribute to the film’s blockbuster success.
