Nagarjuna Reveals Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s Wedding Will Be a ‘Simple’ Telugu Ceremony: They Wanted It Their Way

Actor couple Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are set to marry on December 4 at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. In an interview with The Times of India, Naga Chaitanya’s father, Nagarjuna, shared details about the upcoming wedding, revealing that it will be a traditional Telugu ceremony, as Sobhita’s parents insisted on including all the rituals. He described the wedding as a “warm, intimate” celebration, to be held at the family-owned studio gardens with a guest list of 300-400 close family members, friends, and colleagues.

Nagarjuna mentioned that both Chaitanya and Sobhita preferred a smaller wedding with only their closest loved ones, and they were given full freedom to plan the event. He expressed his relief, saying, “They wanted to do it their way, and honestly, it was a huge relief!” He also expressed his appreciation for the traditional ceremonies, noting how soothing they are. “It’s going to be a lovely wedding, simple and heartfelt, just like the couple,” he added.

Since Annapurna Studios is frequently used for film shoots and hosts mock weddings, Nagarjuna joked that the location was an “easy choice,” as the necessary lights and sets were already in place. While he remained tight-lipped about a potential wedding reception, fans are eagerly anticipating the big day.

Chaitanya, who was previously married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, had a lavish wedding in Goa in 2017, but they separated in 2021. Chaitanya and Sobhita, who were in a relationship for two years, got engaged in August this year and have since made their relationship public.
