The team of Nithiin’s new film “Thammudu” wrapped up an expensive and ambitious action schedule last night. This action-packed episode, filmed on a grand set, features lead actors but surprisingly excludes Nithiin himself. With extensive planning, the innovative sequence was executed with actors Laya, Varsha Bollamma, and others taking center stage. The stunt scenes were shot across multiple locations, including Ramoji Film City, where the massive set was constructed.
Despite Nithiin’s recent box office setbacks, “Thammudu” marks the most expensive project of his career. The producers’ confidence in director Sriram Venu, known for hits like “MCA” and “Vakeel Saab,” is evident in their substantial investment. Sapthami Gowda stars as the leading lady, while yesteryear actress Laya plays Nithiin’s sister. The film, centered on the bond between a brother and sister, promises intense action scenes filmed in diverse locations such as the Maredumilli forests, Araku, Vizag, and Hyderabad. With music by Ajaneesh Loknath, “Thammudu” is produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations
