Former Prime Minister P V Narasimha Rao has been posthumously awarded the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian honor, in recognition of his pivotal role in reshaping the country’s economy during his tenure from 1991 to 1996.
The announcement of this prestigious honor has generated significant buzz around the biopic series titled “Half Lion,” which delves into the life and legacy of this iconic figure. Produced by Aha Studio and Applause Entertainment, the series is slated to premiere on Aha platform soon, riding on the wave of this latest accolade.
“Half Lion” draws inspiration from the acclaimed book of the same name authored by Vinay Sitapati, offering viewers a comprehensive portrayal of the late Prime Minister’s journey.
