After a stellar first week, Pradeep Ranganathan’s Dragon continues its successful run at the box office in its second week. Boosted by a highly positive response, the film is holding strong in theaters, registering impressive collections.
In two weeks, Dragon has amassed ₹67 Cr gross in Tamil Nadu, ₹17.5 Cr in Telugu states, ₹8.5 Cr in Karnataka, and ₹2.25 Cr in Kerala. The rest of India contributed around ₹50 lakhs. With a total Indian gross of ₹96 Cr, the film has also garnered ₹29 Cr from overseas markets, pushing its worldwide box office collection to ₹125 Cr.
With steady footfalls and strong weekend expectations, Dragon is well on course to surpass the ₹150 Cr milestone next week. If achieved, it will become Kollywood’s first ₹150 Cr grosser of the year.
