Pushpa 2: The Rule is performing exceptionally well at the global box office, heading towards a massive ₹700 crore opening weekend. The action-packed drama, starring Icon Star Allu Arjun, has not only dominated the South Indian markets but is also making significant waves in the Hindi-speaking regions. In fact, over 50% of its total collections are coming from the Hindi belt, surpassing expectations for the North Indian market.
After two days, the film has grossed over ₹400 crore worldwide and is expected to easily surpass the ₹500 crore mark today. Pushpa 2 will become the second Indian film, after Baahubali 2, to cross ₹500 crore in just three days.
With its strong hold in Hindi markets, Pushpa 2 is poised for even bigger numbers today and tomorrow, surpassing its opening day figures. The collections from Southern languages are also expected to show a significant increase compared to day two.
The film is on track to set an all-time record for an Indian film, with a projected gross of ₹700 crore by the end of its first weekend.
