Pushpa 2 Team Confident of Achieving ₹1000 Crore in Hindi Alone

The highly anticipated sequel, Pushpa 2 – The Rule, is all set to captivate audiences on the big screen in just a few hours. With phenomenal ticket sales, especially in Hindi, the film is already creating waves. Reports indicate nearly 2.5 lakh tickets have been sold in the Hindi belt alone, showcasing the massive buzz surrounding the movie.

For any film, crossing the ₹1000 crore gross mark across all languages is considered a remarkable achievement. However, the makers of Pushpa 2 are optimistic about achieving ₹1000 crore gross worldwide from the Hindi version alone. So far, only Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan and Jawan have surpassed this milestone, making it a rare feat in Indian cinema.

Director Sukumar has strategically crafted several scenes in Pushpa 2 to appeal directly to the Hindi-speaking mass audience, further fueling expectations. With a strong word-of-mouth (WOM) reception, the film is projected to earn around ₹700 crore net in India alone from the Hindi version.

If Pushpa 2 manages to gross ₹1000 crore in Hindi alone, it could easily surpass the record-breaking collections of Baahubali 2 with the contributions from other languages. This would cement its position as one of the biggest blockbusters in Indian cinema history.
