Keerthy Suresh’s last appearance in Telugu cinema was alongside Chiranjeevi in Meher Ramesh’s “Bhola Shankar” (2023), which was a colossal disaster. Her next project is Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi epic “Kalki: 2898 AD”, where the Mahanati star lends her voice to the character ‘Bujji’.
Additionally, Keerthy will play a full-length lead role in the Tamil film “Raghu Tatha”. Produced by Vijay Kirgandur, known for the KGF series and “Salaar,” it is set for a worldwide release on August 15, 2024, coinciding with Independence Day. However, a Telugu release may not be planned.
“Raghu Tatha,” written and directed by debutant Suman Kumar, is a comedy-drama featuring M. S. Baaskar, Ravindra Vijay, Devadarshini, and Jayakumar. It is produced by Hombale Films, a prominent name in Kannada cinema.
