Director Atlee, who made a grand entry into the pan-India league with the blockbuster Jawan starring Shah Rukh Khan, is now eyeing another massive project. Initially, he was in talks with Allu Arjun for a film, but the collaboration didn’t materialize due to unforeseen reasons.
Now, the latest buzz is that Atlee is working on a high-profile multistarrer featuring Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. However, the script demands another powerhouse performer, leading Atlee to approach Kollywood legends Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth for the role. After several rounds of discussions with Kamal Haasan, the role has now reportedly been offered to Superstar Rajinikanth.
If Rajinikanth gives the green light, this project will be one of the most anticipated multistarrers in Indian cinema, uniting two of the country’s biggest superstars. Fans would undoubtedly go berserk over a Salman Khan – Rajinikanth collaboration on the big screen.
While Atlee achieved massive success with Jawan, he recently faced a major setback with Baby John, starring Varun Dhawan. The director had high hopes for the film, calling it a turning point for both him and Varun Dhawan, but it ended up as a huge disappointment at the box office.
With his next project, Atlee has a golden opportunity to bounce back stronger than ever. If the Salman Khan – Rajinikanth multistarrer materializes, it could mark one of the biggest cinematic spectacles in Indian film history.
