Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is currently grappling with fresh death threats linked to the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. This alarming development comes shortly after the tragic murder of his close friend and classmate, Baba Siddique, who was shot dead by gang members.
A few months back, the gang had already made their presence known by opening fire outside Salman’s residence at Galaxy Apartments, escalating concerns for his safety. Recently, a threatening message was sent to the WhatsApp number of the Mumbai Traffic Police, demanding a hefty ransom of Rs 5 crores for a supposed settlement with the Bishnoi gang. The message ominously warned, “Don’t take it lightly. If Salman Khan wants to stay alive and end the enmity with Lawrence Bishnoi, he must pay Rs 5 crore. If the money is not provided, Salman Khan’s condition will be worse than Baba Siddique’s.”
In response to the threat, Mumbai police have initiated an investigation, and Salman Khan’s security has been significantly upgraded to a Y+ category. The actor has also stepped away from his work commitments, canceling all upcoming shoots as he mourns the loss of his dear friend.
