According to sources, Suryah will announce his next directorial project in January 2025, marking his comeback as a filmmaker after ten years. His last film as a director, Isai, where he also played the lead role, was released in 2015. Since then, Suryah has focused entirely on acting, delivering outstanding performances that cemented his reputation as a versatile artist.
Interestingly, SJ Suryah was previously onboard to direct a film with Pawan Kalyan, but the project was shelved for unknown reasons. Details about the cast and crew of his upcoming directorial venture are expected to be revealed soon.
