Sree Vishnu Biography:
Sree Vishnu, originally known as Rudraraju Vishnuvardhan and born on February 29, 1984, is an acclaimed Indian actor predominantly active in Telugu cinema. Initially starting with minor roles, Vishnu garnered significant recognition with his role in “Prema Ishq Kaadhal” (2013), which served as a breakthrough in his career. Subsequently, he appeared in notable films including “Second Hand” (2013), “Appatlo Okadundevadu” (2016), “Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi” (2017), “Mental Madhilo” (2017), “Brochevarevarura” (2019), and “Raja Raja Chora” (2021). His performance in “Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi” earned him a nomination for the SIIMA Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2018.
Sree Vishnu Early Life:
Sree Vishnu hails from Antarvedipalem in the East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. He completed his Bachelor of Business Management (Honors) from the Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, Visakhapatnam. Initially employed as a web designer in Hyderabad until 2006, he made the decision to transition into the film industry, embarking on his journey as an assistant director.
During his college years, Vishnu actively participated in the theater group and also represented the under-19 Andhra cricket team. He shares a close friendship with fellow actor Nara Rohit and has collaborated with him on numerous film projects.

Vishnu’s journey in the film industry began with appearances in several short films, with one notable project titled “Bewarse,” directed by Pavan Sadineni, gaining popularity on YouTube. Initially, he landed minor roles in films like “Baanam” and “Solo.” However, his breakthrough came in 2013 when he was offered a lead role by Pavan Sadineni in the film “Prema Ishq Kaadhal.” Additionally, he portrayed the role of a home minister’s son in Nara Rohit’s “Prathinidhi” in 2014. Notably, his performance in “Second Hand” (2013) was praised by The Times of India, highlighting his impeccable dialogue delivery.
Gradually transitioning into lead roles, Vishnu made a mark with his performance in the 2016 film “Appatlo Okadundevadu.” Over the years, he continued to captivate audiences with notable films like “Brochevarevarura” (2019) and “Samajavaragamana” (2023).
