Renowned Tollywood director Sreenu Vaitla, known for his iconic films, has encountered a challenging phase in his career following the debacle of his last release, “Amar Akbar Anthony,” back in 2018. With six long years passing since his last venture, Vaitla faced a series of setbacks and rejections, including the shelving of the much-anticipated “Dhee” sequel.
However, amidst the trials, there’s a glimmer of hope as Vaitla’s new project has finally commenced shooting after an extended hiatus. Despite initial hurdles, including the departure of the original producer, Chitralayam Studios, citing budget concerns, the collaboration with People’s Media Factory has breathed new life into the film. This development comes as a huge relief for both the team and fervent Sreenu Vaitla fans eagerly awaiting his resurgence in the industry.
