Alekhya Reddy Biography:

Alekhya Reddy, known for her past work as a film costume designer, has familial ties to the late politician Alimineti Madhava Reddy and the current Member of Parliament, V Vijayasai Reddy. Her career included designing costumes for the 2012 Telugu-language action film ‘Nandeeswarudu,’ produced by Kota Gangadhar, which starred her eventual husband, Nandamuri Taraka Ratna, whom she wedded the same year.

As per Alekhya, her first encounter with Taraka Ratna occurred in Hyderabad through a mutual acquaintance. Initially, they developed a friendship, with Taraka Ratna being the first to express his romantic interest. He was initially admitted to a hospital in Kuppam and later transferred to Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital in Bengaluru for specialized medical care. Despite undergoing treatment for 23 days, he tragically passed away on February 19, 2023. The news of his untimely demise sent shockwaves through the film industry and among his countless fans.
