The Telangana government has taken a cautious approach regarding ticket price hikes and special shows for films following incidents during Pushpa 2: The Rule.
Producer Dil Raju initially secured permissions for increased ticket prices and additional shows for Game Changer. However, the government later revoked these permissions, effective from January 16th.
As part of the new regulations, ticket prices have been capped at Rs. 295 for multiplexes and Rs. 177 for single screens. Additionally, the government has announced a blanket ban on early morning shows for Telugu films, stating that such screenings will no longer be permitted in the future.
