The initial title of Matka was actually Bracket.

Matka is set to hit theaters this Thursday, with high expectations riding on it as Varun Tej eagerly anticipates the film’s release. Directed by Karuna Kumar, the film stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead.

Co-producer Ram Talluri recently shared an interesting backstory about the project. He revealed that he first heard the plot a year and a half ago, and it immediately captivated him. Initially titled “Bracket,” the name was later changed to Matka.

Audiences are particularly excited to see Varun Tej portraying a character across various stages of life, which adds depth to the storyline. The film’s team is confident in its appeal, making it intriguing to see how well it connects with viewers.
