Several prominent producers from the Telugu film industry met Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan at his camp office in Vijayawada on Monday. They congratulated him on his election to the state assembly and his new role as deputy chief minister. Among the attendees were producers Allu Aravind, Chalasani Aswini Dutt, D Suresh Babu, A M Rathnam, S Radha Krishna, Dil Raju, N V Prasad, Bhogavalli Prasad, D V V Danaiah, Supriya, Banni Vasu, Nagavamsi, Vamsi Krishna, Ravi Shankar, and Naveen Yerneni.
Speaking to the media, Allu Aravind mentioned that the primary purpose of their visit was to extend their congratulations to Pawan Kalyan. They also sought his assistance in arranging a meeting with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. The film industry associations wish to felicitate Chandrababu Naidu on his victory, and Pawan Kalyan has promised to secure an appointment with the chief minister soon.
Aravind emphasized that the producers plan to discuss various issues facing the film industry with Chandrababu Naidu, beyond just the increase in film ticket prices. He highlighted that the industry has several pressing problems that require the chief minister’s attention. The producers
are eager to present a comprehensive representation of these issues and are confident that a meeting with the chief minister will happen soon.
