Triptii Dimri, who has become a national sensation since the release of the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer “Animal” (2023), recently addressed being labeled as India’s ‘crush’. The actor is gearing up for the release of “Bad Newz,” co-starring Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. At the trailer launch event in Mumbai on Friday, she was asked about the ‘national crush’ tag. She responded, “People have liked my work.”
When asked if the label bothered her, she said, “In my experience, I would like to thank God, because I have received a lot of love from my audience for all the films I have done, whether they are my older films or the ones released recently. People have liked my work and have spoken about it.”
Triptii added, “When I first entered the industry, I always wanted people to talk about my work and nothing else. Fortunately, that has been the case. These things motivate us actors to do better in life and keep working on our craft. In that sense, I have been very fortunate.”
