Jawline Refiner: Gently tilt head back and look upward. Jut lower jaw forward, holding briefly. Relax and repeat to strengthen jawline muscles. Alternatively, try kissing movements while looking up.
Neck Firmer: Sit upright and tilt head back, gazing at the ceiling. Pucker lips as if attempting to kiss the ceiling. Hold momentarily, then relax. Repeat to tighten neck and chin muscles.
