Hyderabad: On Friday evening, two unidentified individuals, arriving in a car, allegedly pilfered a Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) domestic cylinder from a delivery auto trolley on a bustling street in Saidabad.
The incident surfaced after a video clip capturing the theft circulated widely on social media the following day.
In the video, two individuals halt their SUV beside the auto trolley transporting LPG cylinders. One of them exits the car and surveys the surroundings before signaling to the other person. Subsequently, the second individual swiftly disembarks from the vehicle, snatches the gas cylinder, places it in the car, and both abscond from the scene.
Upon receiving notification from the gas agency, the Saidabad police have initiated a case and are conducting investigations with the assistance of CCTV footage.
