Arjun’s Arrest and Bail Details:
Allu Arjun was released from jail on Saturday morning after spending the night in custody. His arrest followed a tragic incident during the premiere of Pushpa 2: The Rule on December 4, where a woman died in a stampede, and her child was injured at the Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad. Despite the Telangana High Court granting bail, Arjun was held overnight due to a delay in the bail order’s delivery.
In his first public statement after the arrest, Arjun expressed his gratitude for the support from his fans and clarified that he is a law-abiding citizen. He also extended his condolences to the deceased woman’s family, calling the incident “very, very unfortunate.” Arjun further mentioned his respect for the law and noted that he would cooperate fully with the authorities while refraining from commenting on the legal proceedings.
