Allu Arjun is currently immersed in the shooting of “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” which is slated for a December release this year. With numerous rumors circulating about his next project, nothing has been finalized yet. Boyapati Srinu, initially in talks for a film with Allu Arjun, has postponed their collaboration to work on “Akhanda 2.”
Trivikram Srinivas is developing a pan-Indian project that is still in the discussion stages. There are also speculations that Trivikram might complete another film before teaming up with Allu Arjun, as he is currently occupied with various political assignments and working closely with Pawan Kalyan.
Additionally, there are rumors that Allu Arjun is in discussions with Tamil director Nelson Dilipkumar, who directed Rajinikanth’s “Jailer.” Nelson has written a script specifically for Allu Arjun alongside the script for “Jailer 2.” Allu Arjun aims to finish another film before starting “Pushpa 3,” the future of which depends on the success of “Pushpa 2: The Rule.” Given these circumstances, Nelson Dilipkumar is a strong contender to direct Allu Arjun’s next project. An official announcement is expected before Allu Arjun completes shooting “Pushpa 2: The Rule.”
