The Telugu version amassed approximately 12 crores in gross worldwide, maintaining strong box-office numbers and outperforming competitors like “Bhima” and “Gaami,” which faltered after their initial releases.
Surprisingly, “Premalu” emerged victorious, defying expectations for a dubbed film from the Malayalam language. With projections suggesting a final worldwide gross of over 20 crores, the film’s success has propelled SS Karthikeya into the spotlight, prompting him to announce his foray into production via a tweet on X.
